Victoria Kulchytska
REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER
I provide a supportive and collaborative space for adults, couples, teens, and youth to feel heard and understood. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and client-centred approach, with a strong commitment to affirming neurodivergent identities and honouring each person’s lived experience. I help clients navigate challenges such as trauma/abuse, anxiety, attachment, depression, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, cultural and generational influences, and the impact these have on self-esteem and connection with others.

Let’s see if we’re a good fit…
Mental health is deeply connected to how we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us.
It shapes the way we handle stress, form relationships, and navigate challenges, yet it is often misunderstood or overlooked. Struggles with mental health are not personal flaws, but natural parts of the human experience that deserve care and compassion, just as much as our physical health. These challenges can impact every aspect of life, from daily functioning to how connected we feel in our relationships and communities.
In my work, I aim to provide a warm, collaborative space where you can explore the stories, emotions, and patterns that have shaped your life. Together, we look at how past experiences, cultural and generational influences, and attachment dynamics intersect with your present struggles. This process isn’t about “fixing” who you are, but about deepening self-understanding and creating room for growth, resilience, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I believe that healing happens through compassion, curiosity, insight, and exploring the patterns that shape our lives. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover what truly matters to you and learn to navigate difficulties with greater flexibility and self-compassion. By connecting with your values and building meaningful skills, therapy becomes a space to not only heal, but also to move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
I’m here for you.
Q&A
-
I became a mental health professional because I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and supported in moments one may need it most. I’m drawn to helping people navigate life’s challenges, make sense of their experiences, and discover their own strengths. Being able to be a compassionate ally to my clients as they build resilience, self-compassion, and a greater sense of connection is both inspiring and deeply meaningful to me.
-
I’m passionate about supporting people who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, as well as those exploring what it means to be neurodivergent in a world that often misunderstands it.
I’m especially interested in how our life experiences, family dynamics, and cultural or generational influences shape the way we think, feel, and connect with others. In our work together, I aim to help you build understanding, resilience, and a stronger sense of purpose so you can feel more grounded and connected in your life

II want potential clients to know that I am here to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I approach therapy collaboratively, honoring your experiences, values, and goals, and I believe that meaningful change comes from exploring patterns, building insight, and connecting with what matters most to you. Above all, I hope you know that you don’t have to navigate challenges alone, I’m here to guide you on your journey at your own pace.
-
I believe that qualities like empathy, patience, authenticity, honesty, and curiosity are essential to the work I do. Being compassionate and non-judgmental allows me to create a truly safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I also value collaboration and flexibility, meeting each person where they are and supporting them at their own pace as they work toward insight, growth, and meaningful change.
-
I value openness, honesty, persistence, and a willingness to explore, even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain. I appreciate when clients are curious about their own experiences and committed to understanding themselves more deeply. Most of all, I value the courage it takes to engage in the process of growth and change, and I strive to meet every client with respect, patience, and support along the way.
-
What I enjoy most about my work is having the opportunity to walk alongside clients on their personal journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery. Witnessing the moments when understanding deepens or breakthroughs happen, when things start to click, brings me a great sense of fulfillment. Seeing clients gain confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of control in their lives is truly rewarding, and I feel privileged to be part of such meaningful and personal experiences.
