AFFORDABLE COUNSELLING

You’re worth it.

You and your mental health are worth it. Let’s talk about how we can help you.

You have enough to worry about. You shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not you can afford to take care of your mental health.

We know that many people do not have the health coverage or financial means required to access the services they need on a regular basis. And, we know that if you are struggling to pay for rent and groceries, it’s easy to see how putting therapy into your budget can feel impossible. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

We believe therapy should be accessible at an affordable rate for those facing financial barriers. That’s why we offer affordable therapy options through our Student Therapist Program.

Make it a Self-Care Summer

Let’s be real: starting therapy can feel daunting. The search, the cost, the vulnerability… what if it doesn’t help?

We get it. So we’re removing one major barrier. For July, your first session with our student therapist Grace Sugiyama is completely FREE. It’s a chance to sit down, ask questions, and see what’s like - with zero financial pressure. Think of it as a test drive for your mental well-being and a great way to prioritize your self-care this summer.

We’re here for you.

Our affordable counselling services are provided by talented Social Work or Counselling Psychology students in their ‘practicum’ year of study, which we refer to as Student Therapists.

Stefanie Peachey is a Registered Social Worker and Accredited Family Mediator, and Founder of Peachey Counselling and Family Support. Our Student Therapists are under her direct supervision.

You don’t have to wait to feel better.
