Let’s see if we’re a good fit…

“We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.”

-BRENE BROWN

Mental health is more than just the absence of illness; it’s the ability to feel grounded in who you are, weather life’s storms, and still find moments of joy, peace, and connection. Mental health means showing up fully in your own life with the tools to care for your whole self. It’s personal, ongoing, and something everyone deserves the chance to nurture.

It also isn’t about being happy all the time; it’s about caring for yourself in life’s messiness. It means understanding your emotions, creating space for healing, and knowing you’re worthy of support. It’s not a flaw, it’s part of your story. Facing it with honesty, gentleness, and courage is one of the strongest, most human things you can do.

My role is to provide a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen communication, and deepen connection in their relationships. Through this process, many discover that the insight and answers they were searching for were already within them. My work is to guide and support that discovery.

I’m here for you.

Q&A

  • My own experiences with trauma and mental health challenges have shaped a deep empathy for people who are struggling.

I want to support others in finding light in difficult moments and help them rebuild trust, connection, and hope. Social work is more than a career for me. It is a meaningful way to use my experiences, knowledge, and skills to walk alongside others in their healing.

  • The subject areas most important to me are relationships, communication, emotional connection, and intimacy. I am especially passionate about supporting couples in rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, and rediscovering connection.

Healthy relationships have a profound impact on our mental health and overall wellbeing, and I value helping people create relationships that feel safe, supportive, and fulfilling.

  • I want potential clients to know that I approach this work with empathy, authenticity, and genuine care. I strive to offer a space where people feel safe to be open and honest, even when conversations are difficult.

A foundation of connection, compassion, and a bit of humour is important to me. While therapy can involve challenging conversations, it can also bring moments of relief, insight, and laughter along the way.

  • Curiosity, humility, authenticity, compassion, and adaptability. These qualities help me remain open to each person’s unique experience while creating a supportive space where individuals and couples feel safe to explore, grow, and strengthen their relationships.

  • Courage. It takes immense strength to reach out, open up, and face the things that hurt. I don’t expect perfection; just honesty, a willingness to show up as they are, and an openness to explore what healing could look like for them. I value their trust, their stories, and their unique way of moving through the world.

  • What I enjoy most is witnessing change. Watching people move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected to finding clarity, connection, and hope again is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.

  • I would hope a client would say they felt truly seen, heard, and respected, and that our work together helped them better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward the life they want to live. And that even through difficult conversations, we were still able to share a bit of laughter along the way.
