Critical Incident Debriefing

Would you know what to do?

Our workplaces can be rewarding environments that encourage motivation and grow a culture of innovation and creativity. However, when critical incidents occur, our workplaces can shift dramatically, as employees and workers manage their feelings in the aftermath.

As an employer, you have a key role to play in helping employees recover from a critical incident that occurs in the workplace. We can help.

How can we help you.

The purpose of a Critical Incident Debriefing is to support employees in regaining their sense of safety, security, and wellbeing at work. With this goal in mind, we offer organizations the following options:

Group Critical Incident Debriefing

Group Critical Incident Debriefings are facilitated virtually or on-site by two of our therapists who specialize in supporting individuals after a traumatic event. This debriefing is for small groups of 5-10 employees and typically lasts between 1.5-2 hours.

Individual 1-1 Critical Incident Debriefings

Critical incident Debriefings can also take place with one of our therapists in a 1-1 support setting with staff either on-site or virtually. This debriefings can be provided on an as-needed basis, where our therapist is available to meet with any staff that requires support.
