We’re partnering with employers who are looking to support their employees in a way that surpasses the traditional “EAP” program.

The healthy@work Partner Program

We provide you with the professional mental health support you need to champion your employees’ sense of safety, security, and wellbeing in the workplace.

INCLUSIONS:

  • Complimentary introductory presentation with time allotted for a live Q&A session

  • A Workplace Mental Health Survey and Assessment at the beginning of the program with a follow up progress report provided every year

  • Personalized support for each employee where they can access counselling services (either virtually, by phone, or in-person)

  • Specialized mental health support for specific needs of employees and their families (including therapeutic services for Separation, Divorce, Co-Parenting and Intimate Partner and Family Violence)

  • Ongoing access to mental health resources are provided on a monthly basis

  • Access to immediate and long term mental health support based on your needs with low-friction accessibility and high flexibility

  • Convenient in-person locations so employees can access counselling close to work and home
