Let’s see if we’re a good fit…

Reaching out for support takes strength, self-awareness, and courage.

Mental health reflects how we as individuals think, feel, and cope with life’s challenges, as well as how we relate to others and make decisions. Good mental health allows people to manage stress, build resilience, maintain relationships, and pursue personal growth, even in the face of adversity.

The biggest misconception about mental health? That seeking help for mental health is a sign of weakness. On the contrary, reaching out for support takes strength, self-awareness, and courage.

As a therapist, my work contributes to my clients’ overall well-being by providing a safe, supportive space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I help clients identify patterns that may be causing distress and develop coping strategies.

I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to my work. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you feel truly heard, respected, and supported. Having gone through separation myself, I understand how overwhelming these experiences can be. I bring genuine empathy and understanding to the process and will meet you wherever you are on your journey. When working with families, I always keep the well-being of the children at the heart of every plan.

Together, we’ll focus on creating solutions that support healing, growth, and positive change for everyone involved.

I’m here for you.

Q&A

  • Navigating a divorce or separation can be an emotionally challenging experience. It is often difficult to manage personal feelings while keeping the best interests of the children at the center of the process. My decision to specialize in this area stems from both my personal experience with separation and my professional background, which have highlighted the need for compassionate, calm, and solution-focused support. This is the type of service I am committed to providing.

  • Issues surrounding separation, divorce, and family systems. I am deeply interested in how emotional and psychological challenges impact relationships and overall well-being. Working directly with individuals, couples, and families allows me to combine evidence-based interventions with empathy and human connection to achieve conflict resolution.

  • Going through a separation or divorce can bring an immeasurable amount of stress and uncertainty. I want my clients to know that working with me means having a safe and supportive space where we can work through the tough issues at hand. I understand that this process can sometimes feel overwhelming and hopeless, so I strive to make the process as comfortable and compassionate as possible. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine care for the people I work with.

  • For me, the most important qualities in this work are empathy, patience, and compassion. I believe real work can be done when the clients I work with feel understood, so I make it a priority to listen without judgment and create a space where people feel safe to share their feelings and goals. Honesty and reliability are also important qualities that help build trust and make the process feel supportive and steady, even during difficult times. This work can be emotional, so I try to always reflect on how I can best show up for the people I support.

  • I value when clients come into the process with commitment and an openness to create a plan that helps them move forward in a child-centred way. I understand that separation and major life changes bring a lot of emotions. I deeply appreciate when clients are willing to work collaboratively, reflect on their experiences, and take steps—big or small—toward building a positive and stable future for themselves and their children.

  • What I like most about being a social worker is the chance to support individuals and families as they navigate difficult circumstances, helping them recognize their own strengths and build pathways toward stability and growth. For me, social work is not only about providing guidance and resources but also about fostering empowerment, resilience, and hope during challenging times.

I hope clients would say that I cared deeply about their feelings throughout the process and always kept their children’s best interests at the heart of our work together. Most of all, I’d love for my clients to say they feel more hopeful about the future after our time working together.
