Let’s see if we’re a good fit…

Mental health provides the building blocks for wellbeing.

I think the biggest misconception about mental health is that it is a weakness. It’s simple biology that effects everyone.

If there is an imbalance, our thoughts and beliefs, behaviours, emotions, and physiological wellbeing are impacted.

Knowing how to correct those imbalances by learning the skills to regulate our emotions and manage our stress can improve our quality of life and overall wellbeing.

My role is to offer a safe and nonjudgmental positive environment. I will hear you and validate your emotional pain and empathize with your struggles. Your values and beliefs are respected. I do everything I can to make sure that our work together is effective, transparent and meet your needs.

I’m here for you.

Q&A

  • I am passionate about helping people. My passion motivates and drives me to offer support in whatever way I can.

  • I specialize in stress management, problem solving and interpersonal communication by supporting those challenged by cognitive distortions, anxiety, abuse and more.

I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that uses mindfulness for emotional regulation.

  • Life is like a roller coaster of ups and downs. I will teach you the skills, give you the tools, and provide you with the support you need, so you feel empowered to improve the overall quality of your life.

My ultimate goal is for a client to say that I was really present and that I made them feel safe in the warm positive environment created… that they felt validated and heard. That their sessions were effective and that they learned a lot about mental health the skills they need to live a better life, on their own terms.

  • I feel that it is important to provide validation, and a safe, non-judgmental environment.

  • What I value most in a client is their strength in sharing their stories and their willingness to trust me so I can support them to the best of my ability.

  • What I like most about what I do is when a client feels safe and trusts me enough to share their story with me.
